It is rare, but it can happen that a gemstone falls out of its setting. If the gemstone is undamaged after hitting the ground, we can reset it. If the gemstone is lost, we understand this can be emotionally difficult. Therefore, we offer the option of securing and storing additional elements when the gemstone is made. This way, a new stone can be quickly created if needed. This service of securing the elements is free of charge.

3. The silver of my "Pearl with Soul" has tarnished—can it be cleaned?
Our "Pearl with Soul" is a ceramic pearl set in a silver jewelry piece. Silver, even when gold-plated, can tarnish over time. Silver, although a precious metal, oxidizes with oxygen and other oxidizing agents in conjunction with hydrogen sulfide, forming silver sulfide. Both gases are present in our atmosphere, making the tarnishing of silver jewelry practically unavoidable. However, the "Pearl with Soul" can be carefully cleaned or professionally cleaned.
